Shipping
When your order is placed, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your item to be fulfilled and shipped out to you. All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail and should take 3-5 days for you to receive it.
Returns
We have a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, please fill out our contact form. You can fill that out here. Please include your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back without completing a request and receiving an approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have a question or concern about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you have the item that you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If it is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
